“Always been good service. This time, despite my planing being 30 min late but no taxi was there, as it had broken down. Had to wait another 40 mins. Reception said management would e mail apology and maybe offer compensation on return trip. Perhaps price of my coffee while waiting? No email... Will book return trip and see what happens.”
