“Excellent service. Easy to book , prompt reply. I booked from Malaysia a day before. On arrival a very smart and wonderful , cheerful and helpful lady picked me up promptly, even though I had got the terminal wrong Beautiful immaculate mercedes . Value for money. I would highly recommend this company .”

“Brilliant service, the driver called me when we’d landed and gave me his ETA, we met at arrivals, no issues. Courteous and polite, he helped with the luggage, and had a spotless car. Would recommend to any weary traveller in need of a ride home!”

“General presentation of the driver and vehicle can not be faulted, however punctuality was a bit of an issue; waiting 20 minutes for the driver is not acceptable when there is no traffic or issues on the road.”

“Prompt pick-up with a good vehicle ruined by the unprofessional service - the driver was grumpy about having to wait for us get through passport control which is very weird for an airport pick up service as that is literally the job and then they charged us ‘extra’ for the wait. Speeding in 20mph zones despite being asked to slow down. Drama about the address details provided as we live rurally and the post code takes you to the vicinity but not the exact house prompting another call to head office and discussions about paying ‘extra.’ Then the driver smoked a cigarette and left his butt in our driveway to clear up.”
