“The car was waiting and clean and tidy. There was no problem finding where to drop me off. However I was very concerned that the driver wanted to charge me an extra £15 because I was slow going through customs. It took 1 3/4 hours to get through the airport. Nowhere on the booking did it say this charge could be incurred, I did not have English £ in cash and the driver left me his personal bank account to deposit the money, which is totally unprofessional. I need an invoice from the company to pay this amount.”

“I amore not satisfied by the service. At the pick-up point there was nobody. I write anche e-mail to ask for help and nobody answer. Fortunately I saw a man of your company and asked him. Hè was very nice and helped me but I Walter a very long time. This is not a service! I amore very unsatisfied!”

“The booking process and the transfer were all smooth except for my misunderstanding the pickup point. The car itself was more luxurious than the booking promised. The only isssue was that i could not pay with a credit car as my driver did not have a pos machine with him. I had enough cash but this could have been a more serious problem.”
