“Pick up time in Soho was confirmed the night before to be 7:30 am. I could see that the driver was already on the road when we woke at 6:45 am. He arrived in front of the hotel at 7:55 am. Once in the car, he announced the pick up time was 8:00 am and that the traffic "down here" was bad. At this point, I had not mentioned that he was late, nor did I ever. Disappointing. We did, however, make Heathrow on time.”

“The driver- Mohammad was extremely accommodating. My departure process got delayed with immigration by an hour and he waited patiently at the airport. He’s also very nice to converse with. I wanted to give him a tip for waiting for me for so long, but he refused to take it. Please give him my regards!”

“Booked and paid in advance online for a 5:30am car to Heathrow. Driver never showed up, and the dispatcher couldnt get a hold of him. We were told there was no backup car available, and we were left scrambling to find a car service that could provide a car seat and we were late to the airport. We asked for a refund, and while they said they would - they asked for our bank details! We will cancel the charge on our card instead.”

“From the point we landed to point of drop off everything was excellent. Booking process was efficient and straightforward. It was a bit confusing to get multiple similar emails from different addresses and company names the day before. In addition the tone of messages regarding luggage was unnecessarily officious.”
