“I clearly stated that I wanted the taxi to arrive at 8 am so I waited right in front of the house since 8 am for about 15 minutes. I then called the Call Center to call the taxi immediately. I was then informed that the taxi had already left. It turns out that the driver had been waiting at the wrong spot when I have clearly addressed to come to pick me up at house number 8. He then came back at 8.30 - 8.40 am and even said that he had been waiting for 45 minutes. He also said that he came since 7.45 when I booked for 8 am. and you could check in the system that I called the call centre to contact the driver at 8.15 as I could not find his car and could not contact the driver. Because of this I almost missed my flight. Also, I have reported this incident to the company. However, I have received no response from them.”

“The taxi turned up perfectly on time, it was a modern E class and I arrived st the airport at the expected time. This was my first time using this service and the only improvement would have been to call saying they were on their way. Almost perfect.”

“Booking system very temperamental. I wanted to book a return from a different location which it wouldn't. I then booked a outward and inward as separate transactions and it declined on the basis it was a duplicate journey. This is obviously a good feature - but not when you want both!”
