“I was met as promised soon after the flight landed and that was earlier than scheduled. The ride home was efficient although there was no upgrade to an executive class vehicle as there was on the way down. A justifiable cost to avoid transfer hassles and ensure door to service. Even more do if there is more than one person travelling as it may be cheaper than rail and bus travel.”

“The taxi turned up perfectly on time, it was a modern E class and I arrived st the airport at the expected time. This was my first time using this service and the only improvement would have been to call saying they were on their way. Almost perfect.”

“My baggage arrival got slightly got delayed nd after the anticipated pick time, although driver left, your office could arrange him to pick me from the meeting point within 5 mnts. Overall I found a good service.”

“There was a delay for the taxi to arrive, I called the offices and there was a helpfull lady answering the phone, she asked for my confirmation code and within 3 minutes she answered telling me that there was a delay due to the traffic in the area and that the taxi will arrive in 10-15 minutes. Ok this can happen at anytime but I would expect that the company will call me ( my nr was in the reservation and confirmation form ) to inform me for the delay rather than me getting anxious and having to call to find out what is happening, Apart of the 15 minute delay , everything else worked fine. The car was really clean , driver polite and helpfull, assisted me with my suitace . So I recomend the services even with a small delay.”
