“My arrival was delayed due to covid... was randomly pulled out of the queue and this was no fault of my own. So I was delayed by 20 min and the first thing the driver greeted me with was "you're late, that's an exta 5 pounds." I had him call management, and they removed the fee, which was nice and professional. But the driver could use some basic customer service training.”

“This was one of the worst and most terrifying rides I ever had. Firstly, my driver did not put on his mask correctly, and I had to ask him three times to cover his nose. Secondly, he swerved in the lane every time he checked the direcitons or changed the music. And lastly, on the way exiting the highway, he HIT A MAN ON A BICYCLE. He got into an argument with the cyclist over who's fault it was but having been the passenger I can say with certainty it was 100% the driver's fault. I would have said so during the drive but I was terrified since he still had to take me home. This man should not have a driver's license.”
