“Waited for 30 mins and had to call twice to find the driver who was waiting at Intl arrivlas for a Domestic flight. Surely the basic idea of a pick up is to be in the right place. I had provided the flight details.”

“The cab driver was a bit later then he said, but the worst part was that the car had a cracked window. So while driving he constantly opened up the window, otherwise he couldn’t see a thing. When he opened the window, it was freezing cold.”
