“Quick pick up. Driving good. But texting behind stear. Not professional.”

“Because of the long queue at border control the driver has to wait for me for an additional hour. He charged me 25 pounds for extra waiting time. Though a little bit surprised, I am glad to pay but I think any I should be informed beforehand any potential extra cost. The driver is helpful, efficient and polite.”

“Pick up time in Soho was confirmed the night before to be 7:30 am. I could see that the driver was already on the road when we woke at 6:45 am. He arrived in front of the hotel at 7:55 am. Once in the car, he announced the pick up time was 8:00 am and that the traffic "down here" was bad. At this point, I had not mentioned that he was late, nor did I ever. Disappointing. We did, however, make Heathrow on time.”
