“Arranged pick up 45 mins after landing. Waited one hour for driver. Not pleased.”

“The car and the route are really good and soacious. Only thing is the driver was late for 20 mins.”

“The driver was talking to me all the way which he invited me to go out for pizza on a later day. This seems unprofessional! He requested and additional of 5GBP at the end of the trip claiming that he has been told bu his manager.”
