“Good experience/communication from start to finish. We pre booked the taxi for the airport (had confirmation) 48hours before before pickup we had a what’s app confirmation to confirm everything and luggage sizes - on the day picked up on time and driver was really friendly highly recommend.”

“Easy to book online, email confirmation came with a link to track location of vehicle that would be picking us up. Contacted also through Whatsapp to confirm details. Driver also used Whatsapp to inform us of his arrival at the pickup location. He was a polite courteous man, very professional driver and we felt safe and secure for the trip to Heathrow.”

“Great experience. Easy to book online but there is also a 24hour contact number if needed. Driver was extremely courteous and the car was high end and immaculate. I would 100% recommend this service and wont hesitate to use it again if I am using Heathrow airport.”

“Easy to book online and competitive rates. Managed to upgrade to a larger vehicle the day before the transfer to allow more luggage than expected when the transfer was booked. Pick up was on time and transfer to Heathrow was quick and comfortable.”

“London Heathrow Taxi provided outstanding service in transporting our group of four adults with 8 suitcases from Heathrow to the Clermont Charing Cross hotel in central London. The driver was prompt in meeting us at the designated Terminal 3 meet-up point. The extended van he drove provided plenty of storage for our luggage and very comfortable seating for the trip to our hotel.”

“great service which I would use again . we managed to bring the taxi forward and the driver turned up with a large comfortable van as we had plenty of luggage. Very friendly driver and due to the tube strike the journey took much longer yet still stuck to the original quotation.”
