“unfortunately I missed the first taxi due to my phone still being on flight mode, however when I rang the office they pulled out all the stops to get me picked up, and I can't thank them enough, as I had no idea how to get to my hotel without them, the driver, car and journey was fantastic, I will definately recommend booking this firm again with everyone in my compancy that visit London. thank you very much for helping me and I apologise again for my mistake with my phone.”
