“The booking process and the transfer were all smooth except for my misunderstanding the pickup point. The car itself was more luxurious than the booking promised. The only isssue was that i could not pay with a credit car as my driver did not have a pos machine with him. I had enough cash but this could have been a more serious problem.”

“My arrival was delayed due to covid... was randomly pulled out of the queue and this was no fault of my own. So I was delayed by 20 min and the first thing the driver greeted me with was "you're late, that's an exta 5 pounds." I had him call management, and they removed the fee, which was nice and professional. But the driver could use some basic customer service training.”

“Pros: on time, nice clean car, polite and friendly driver, good price, efficient service, and very flexible after we had our flight postponed by 15 hours. Cons: nothing much, but it would have been nice to have a little music in the car on quite a long journey. Perhaps the drivers could offer to put on music of the passenger's choice. But this is a very minor suggestion”

“The driver was nice, the car was nice and the ride was pleasant. The pick-up; not so good. We were told to meet next to the currency exchange but the driver was elsewhere looking for us. Finally we called and he came to meet us but he gave the impression it was our fault for waiting at the right location. Not a good beginning!”
