“I would highly recommend this taxi service, especially for those unfamiliar with the UK or travelling with a lot of luggage or young children. The service is reliable and ensures a safe and stress-free start to your trip, which is particularly important when you're tired from a long flight. For direct flights from Korea, Korean Air lands at 5:20 PM, and Asiana Airlines lands at 6:50 PM at Heathrow. Considering the time it takes to go through immigration, it's wise to plan accordingly. In the summer, it's still bright outside, but in winter, it gets dark as early as 4 PM in the UK. For those who are not familiar with the geography and transport options in the UK, I believe the safest option is to book this service to get to your accommodation. After passing through immigration, I called the service, and the support I received over the phone was excellent. They were very helpful and ensured everything was in order, making our travel journey smooth and stress-free. The day before our arrival, I received a message to check for any changes and to confirm the amount of luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. I had a UK phone number and communicated via WhatsApp, but you can list your preferred contact method (phone, email) in the notes, and they will reach out accordingly. If I have family or friends visiting in the future, I will definitely use this transport service again, depending on the circumstances. Thank you.”

I lost my passport at the airport and the driver immediately called the office to report of the possible delay. I was glad the driver waited for me and didn't cancel my ride despite the delay. “Returning with my family on a very delayed flight due to major IT disruption. London Heathrow Taxis decided to use the disruption as a mechanism for profiteering and add further misery to a very challenging day of travel. They added extra charges (£30) without any proper explanation, and which failed to meet the terms and conditions on their website. They effectively blamed me for late arrival at Heathrow when IT systems were malfunctioning across the globe. I highly advise to stay away from this unethical company.”
