“The price should include the parking”

“The arrival that I have put is 3.55 and to pick me up at just 4.40 in case i will be late but when i met the driver at 4.30 he said i was already late and i need to pay £5 for making him wait plus £7.50 for the parking. And he said £10 will be fine. I dont mind paying but The rules here is not clear so never again! Worst is i dont have cash with me so i need to transfer the money to his account.”

“An excellent service from start to finish ! Driver was waiting at the airport on time and assisted with our luggage and young infant. Took an optimal route to the hotel and assisted all the way in to the lobby of the hotel with the heavy luggage . First class well done !”

“The captain was very helpful and friendly and smiling ,he was before my arriving time which is super on time . I will recommend it to my family and friends and collueges at work about it . I been living in London for 7 years and would recommend it for any business traveler or family’s .”

“The taxi ride was great. The driver, Muhammad, was friendly and courteous, despite the delay in our flight. The best part was the day after the ride. Muhammad called us to let us know that he thinks we had forgotten money in the cab. He made sure we knew exactly how much we lost and then offered to give it back to us!! And the very same day, in the evening, he came to our hotel and handed us the money. It was an extremely noble thing to do and we’re so grateful! Thank you so much!”
