“A great pick up from Heathrow with Mehmet, my flight was delayed slightly but we had great communication and a very smooth and comfortable journey home! Would definitely recommend.”

“Service was very efficient only slight criticism is instructions for domestic arrivals at Heathrow Terminal 5 were ambiguous. They should detail which level to exit the terminal to be more precise and ensure passengers know where the driver will be.”

“Unfortunately the taxi was not there at the moment of arrival. Although the flight details provided were ok and no flight delays happened. Also, the point of meeting which you indicated was not followed by the driver. Instead he told me to meet him in another place in the parking lot. I still had to wait for him because he was not there and I had additional telephone costs. We left the airport with 30min of delay. Very poor service from the driver. If I had taken a normal taxi I would have been better served and would have had a much lower cost”

“The first driver was late and I had to wait for another driver .. waited more than 25 minutes after I called the costumer service .. the other driver had a bigger car which made the wait slightly better , but still I prefer to have the car on time”

“Whilst the driver was very nice and polite, he didn’t consider asking me if it was ok to put his radio on . Also didn’t ask if it was ok to leave the window open , not enquiring if I was too cold or hot. Also, not sure about the route between Gatewick and my hotel, we didn’t take any toll roads (apparently existing from google map showing faster routes) which in appearance made the trip very long . Having said that, a very nice chap.”
