“I was very pleased with your services. It was easy locating the driver as well, I met him right after taking my luggage. The driver was very patient. I lost my passport at the airport and the driver immediately called the office to report of the possible delay. I was glad the driver waited for me and didn't cancel my ride despite the delay. I'm glad your company didn't leave me stranded while looking for my passport cause it's my first time in the UK.”

“Returning with my family on a very delayed flight due to major IT disruption. London Heathrow Taxis decided to use the disruption as a mechanism for profiteering and add further misery to a very challenging day of travel. They added extra charges (£30) without any proper explanation, and which failed to meet the terms and conditions on their website. They effectively blamed me for late arrival at Heathrow when IT systems were malfunctioning across the globe. I highly advise to stay away from this unethical company.”
