“We are very happy and satisfied with the excellent service provided ... the driver was not only on time, he was early waiting for us. He is also very courteous and helpful in loading/unloading our very heavy luggage. Also the helpful call centre who responded with our last min time change. Thank you and great job done!!”

“The driver collected me from Brixton on time and the journey to the airport feels like just 10 mins not because he drove fast but because the ride with London Heathrow Taxi was nice and the Mike "Chiacago" is friendly!”

“Taxi driver asked to pay extra money of £30 since he considers that luggage is more. There are two passengers arrived from India, one is student and his spouse has come on dependent visa status. We have booked taxi with No. of check-in bags as 5 and for 5 passengers. Since student is allowed to carry 3 check-in bags, total check-in bags were 5 and 4 cabin bags. If driver is getting a new car to make it fit in taxi then i can say, it is fine for charging £30 but driver has used the same taxi but still he wants to have more money. I had no other choice to change the taxi at that point of time.”
