“Excellent service between Gatwick and Heathrow airports, driver was on time and helpful, the fare was also £13 cheaper for 3 of us than the coach (quicker and more convenient) would highly recommend”

“We booked via https://www.heathrowtaxi.net/ for a taxi to meet us at 8.30am at Heathrow and transport us to Gatwick. No sign of taxi driver so called to find out what was going on. Was told that the driver would be there about 9.30. Eventually he arrived at 10.20 so nearly 2 hours late. Before arriving the driver sent me several text messages which were obviously sent whilst driving. During our journey he continued to send text messages and as a result did not always stay in his lane of the M25. We had just left Heathrow and one of the texts was to his next client and he told him he would be there in 20 minutes, but we were about an hour from finishing our journey! In the end we were just glad to get out in one piece. We won't be using them again.”

“Perfect service. I booked last minute but all went smoothly. Called office as soon as I landed and driver was on the way ...so just a few minutes after baggage reclaim we'd been collected by Carlos, who was super professional ...lovely comfortable car, perfect size for 3 if us and 6 suitcases. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely use again.”
