“You always charge an extra charge because you ‘believe’that in 30 minutes UK border for no EU or Brit inhabitants will be enough. I wonder why you decide and don’t ask passenger how long do we need And therefore I had to pay 10 extra pounds. Gabriela FrÌas”

“Poor service. Driver was late, child seat wasn’t fitted on arrival, driver didn’t know how to fit child seat and asked my wife if she did, driver then dropped my wife and 2 year old daughter 4 houses up and didn’t help with luggage. Won’t be using again”
