“Hello, The taxi was not big enough to fit the two luggages in the boot (saloon) from Heathrow T5 to home which is awful since I used a saloon car from home to Heathrow T5, when I went on my vacation. I took the same luggages to and back, so ideally it should fit. Disappointed since the driver charged £78 due to the luggage placed in the passenger seat and I see the bill only reflects £67. This shows he did not inform you. Regards Pascal Joseph”
