“Our taxi driver was very friendly, he made an effort to converse with all of the passengers, especially my elderly mum and her friend. I had entered the wrong postcode and when I realised the taxi driver was at the wrong destination, he remained calm and was fully willing to come to the right pick up point as soon as possible which made the journey much less stressful. He was also very accommodating with the large number of suitcases we had, helping us to load and unload them.”

“Lovely polite and helpful driver. Waited for my friend who was late meeting me without a complaint. The car was top end saloon, spotless, comfortable and had ample room. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.”

“When we got to the airport the driver said we should pay cash, whereas we had already paid via card on the website. He made us stand around for 10 minutes while he tried to call the office to verify, without success in getting through. Eventually we had to walk off, much to his protest. This should have been an easy transaction but something clearly went wrong with communication with the driver.”
