“From the point we landed to point of drop off everything was excellent. Booking process was efficient and straightforward. It was a bit confusing to get multiple similar emails from different addresses and company names the day before. In addition the tone of messages regarding luggage was unnecessarily officious.”

“We reserved a car through Taxicode several days before our trip, and they cancelled as we were about to board our flight :( I had to scramble to find someone else with short notice and London-Heathrow Taxi came to the rescue. Our driver, Alberto, was lovely and our trip to our hotel from Heathrow was safe. Coordinating pick up locations at Heathrow airport can be a little frustrating as there's no designated place to go, but Alberto's communication was consistant in letting us know where he was. Thank you Albert - great meeting you! and thank you London Heathrow Taxi for helping us.”

“Easy booking, punctual and efficient. Only issue, the system wouldn't accept card payment so we had to find cash.”

“In general very good, only problem was when we booked the car the lady said were we paying cash or card we said card but she’d didn’t take any details! When we got in the car the driver said we had to pay cash! Fortunately we managed between us to find the cash ……that was not good so suggest you make this very clear when taking bookings.”

“Friendly service and super customer service. Only bad point is that the driver DID NOT Wear a face covering despite the alarming increase in covid cases. His excuse was just “I don’t wear it cause I’m driving””

“The service was very good. The driver was nice and polite, called 10minutes before pick up and arrived on time. The car was clean and in good condition and the drive to the airport was pleasant and comfortable. The reason for the 4* rating is that I wanted to pay online the day before but for some reason there was a technical issue on the website. The company wasn't able to provide an alternative so I paid in cash that I had to get from an atm. This wasn't a big deal but nonetheless should not happen in London where all other taxis accept card payments and have the machines installed in their vehicles.”

“Service was very efficient only slight criticism is instructions for domestic arrivals at Heathrow Terminal 5 were ambiguous. They should detail which level to exit the terminal to be more precise and ensure passengers know where the driver will be.”
