“Excellent service, from LGW to Leonardo Hotel, Heathrow Driver was prompt polite and helpful. M23 was blocked and he knew a quicker short cut and arrived in less time than anticipated. Var was his own and large and comfortable.”

“The driver was extremely rude he did not say hello when we arrived and walked off in front of us with no concern for us and our luggage. He also complained at the car park exit that because our luggage was a little late he had to pay more. We were out a little over half an hour after touch down and we called the office to let them know. At times his driving was erratic. We did arrive to Heathrow in plenty of time so for that we are grateful. For tge price charged we would expect some respect and good customer service.”

“I found the price for the fare very competitive. The driver attended in good time. I had a problem at the last minute and the driver was very helpful. When I reached my destination he helped with my suitcases and pointed me in the direction for departures. I felt safe with his driving all the time. Certainly would recommend the driver and the service of the company. JM 81 years.”
