“In the space of 6 days have used London Heathrow Taxi service twice, once to collect us from Heathrow airport and the other to deliver us back. On both occasions, the service was excellent. Good communications with driver prior to his arrival, he was there on time, courteous, helpful with luggage. Would definitely use again.”

“Great communication. I called them first thing in the morning when I realised my sisters flight was delayed taking off from the US and they updated the pickup time immediately. They provided the drivers contact details and photo. Driver gave me regular updates and even called me when he collected my sister as her US phone would not work once she left the airport. Very happy with the service and will use again.”

“The taxi service in terms of being on time, communication between passenger ( London Heathrow) and ride meet professional standards. The problem issue lays in the booking process Although all details related to the booking are on the booking form, flight number, arrival time, terminal, passenger name, payment taken and received confirmation per email. Then it starts, lady called from London Heathrow Taxi service, to confirm I really want to make this booking ?? A few hours later, an unidentified person from London Taxi service WhatsApp message, if I can confirm flight details, airline , arrival time ?? I have to emphasise that de booking was for today and not tomorrow!! I have to ask this person, is the booking now confirmed? Answer: yes … To ad further confusion, at the arrival time of the passenger, message: “hello I am the driver, waiting at the arrival barrier”. So not as WH Smith / meeting point as indicated at the booking. London Heathrow Taxi sort out your internal procedures and train your staff, please and thank you go a long way in Customerservice.”

“The service was very good. The driver was nice and polite, called 10minutes before pick up and arrived on time. The car was clean and in good condition and the drive to the airport was pleasant and comfortable. The reason for the 4* rating is that I wanted to pay online the day before but for some reason there was a technical issue on the website. The company wasn't able to provide an alternative so I paid in cash that I had to get from an atm. This wasn't a big deal but nonetheless should not happen in London where all other taxis accept card payments and have the machines installed in their vehicles.”

“I had a great experience. My driver was timely, friendly and professional and the car was spotlessly clean. The price was fair and it was an all-round pleasant experience. 10/10 will be a repeat customer. Thanks!”
