Established in 2006, London Drainage Facilities (LDF) have fast become one of London's leading providers of planned, emergency and drain repair services. In the last 3 years, we've experienced substantial growth and are now able to reach clients spanning London and the entire South East of England.

Ideally situated close to the M25, we're perfectly positioned to deploy our drainage teams to any type of drain emergency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year.

“I called London Drainage out of hours for an emergency call out. They gave me by far the cheapest quote. Their engineer turned up on time and sorted out my problem with minimal fuss. Great service, great attitude. 10/10!”

“As usual, works carried out were more than adequate. Unfortunately, your employees were reluctant to properly investigate a problem we were having. Fortunately, they were having lunch in their van when water started going everywhere again, and then they fixed it. So, all sound in the end.”

“I've use London Drainage twice. Both times I've been really impressed with the guys who have been sent to us. Seemed really open, honest and trustworthy. They were also extremely polite and explained everything clearly without being patronising. They came earlier than expected, but the company phones to ask if it was okay. Great customer relations.”

“I am very pleased with all the support you have provided me from the initial call out to all the works you have completed. The teams I dealt with were very professional . They understood what needed to be done and advised me accordingly. Each questions or doubts I had were dealt and answered in a very professional manner, making me understand what was best to be done. The engineers who completed the works, were friendly, capable of working without troubling the neighbours with noise and they left the premises they worked on clean. Overall I am very impressed and thankful to all at London Drainage”

“Certainly will use LDF again as I have been in the past several years for unblocking various drain blockages. I called them Friday noon and was given a Monday pm appointment which i accepted without much thought as i did not think the blocked manhole in the front garden was in a critical condition. However having received two phone calls from neighbours and one from a tenant in the building i phoned LDF again on Sunday to urge them to do the job immediately without charging out of hours/weekend rate. they agreed immediately and the job was carried out withing an hour and manhole unblocked and left in perfect working order. Would have been ideal if the operative/engineer had ended the job washing - with a couple of buckets of water with or without detergent - the overflown sewage round the manhole cover but not a huge problem as tenants did that afterwards.”

“Good customer service at site but poor management in office. Charged one amount on the same weekday 3 weeks ago to unblock drain and then charged a lot for the same service same weekday yesterday. Not correct!”
