Established in 2006, London Drainage Facilities (LDF) have fast become one of London's leading providers of planned, emergency and drain repair services. In the last 3 years, we've experienced substantial growth and are now able to reach clients spanning London and the entire South East of England.

Ideally situated close to the M25, we're perfectly positioned to deploy our drainage teams to any type of drain emergency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year.

“Chris and Chloe were so professional. There work ethic is outstanding. They were so apologetic when after 7 hours of constant work, that they couldn’t solve the issue. They have arranged for the job to be completed the next day. Thank you both very much.”

“London Drainage provided efficient and thorough service in respect of our Electrostatic Cleaning for the office for our return. From the original enquiry and site visit through to spraying they provided a professional, flexible,polite and helpful service. Want to say a special thankyou to Stuart who carried out the cleaning on site. He kept us updated as to every step of the clean,safety times etc and was willing to work around our requirements. He also took time to bring our water delivery in and remove the empty bottles to save the water delivery man coming back again. (as it wasnt yet safe to enter!)We have a booked a years worth of their specialist cleaning so hope we have him back again!Thanks again for a great service.”

“The team are very efficient and always respond within a few hours of a request. Each quote is detailed including a breakdown of the scope of works and cost. Following the work, a report is provided soon after with photos and information on the work and any follow up required. Feedback from residents is that the guys are friendly and do an excellent job. I will continue to reach out to the team at London Drainage Facilities for their great work and excellent customer service!!”

“We have used London Drainage several times at our property for plumbing and pump issues. The plumbing issue was straightfoward and the fixed it quickly. THe pump issue was a bit more complicated but the sorted it out with great expertise. We have found their office and technicians to be so helpful and professional throughout the process”

“Excellent service provided by Graham and his team, in locating and excavating an original manhole within a concealed pavement vault, replacement of the manhole and frame, and lining the pipe running beneath the basement floor. Great work carried out within a short timescale, at a reasonable price.”
