Established in 2006, London Drainage Facilities (LDF) have fast become one of London's leading providers of planned, emergency and drain repair services. In the last 3 years, we've experienced substantial growth and are now able to reach clients spanning London and the entire South East of England.

Ideally situated close to the M25, we're perfectly positioned to deploy our drainage teams to any type of drain emergency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year.

“Called out on the Saturday between Christmas and New Year. Engineers attended promptly and resolved the problem within the hour. Staff were most helpful and kept me informed. Highly recommend.”

“Very impressed by the service. Easy to contact, clear communication and good follow up after the visit. Punctual. Gave very good advice on how to follow up on blocked drain problem. Correctly diagnosed collapsed drain and advised us to follow up with Thames Water immediately rather than continuing to use their diagnostic services. Would definitely use them again.”

“I write from a firm of surveyors and property managers. London Drainge managed to attend at very short notice (within a couple of hours) having notified them of a blocked below ground drain to a residential block in Belgravia. The problem was immediately identified and rectified and they notified me by email (with photographic evidence) to let me know that the problem had ben addresed. This experience replicates all other callouts we have had with London Drainge who have always provided us with a very reliable and effective service. We always use London Drainage because their service vastly exceeds those of other drainage companies we have used in the past. I would thoroughly recommend them as a first point of contact for any drainage issues that may arise, their engineers and their staff in the ofice have alway been extremely helpful and very easy to deal with.”

“Exceptional service from Gary, Ricci and Jordan who are professional, charming and super-efficient. After having rung Jordan desperate for help with a blocked drain, she arranged for Gary & Ricci to turn up in mega quick time. They quickly and calmly sorted out the problem with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. They even cleaned up the bathroom afterwards. A wonderful company and would highly recommend.”

“Hello, I had really bad problems with my bathroom and kitchen. My bathroom sink was more or less blocked and when I used the washing machine or used my kitchen sink, nasty smelly black water would pump into my bath. Your drainage Engineer Ian came in and had to take the sink apart and my cupboard in the kitchen to access the pipes. All this took a long time. I knew it was a big job but his attitude and knowledge solved the problem. It was hard to live this way and I cannot be more grateful as many others have been and this has been going on for nearly a year. I would recommend this Engineer highly as it wasn't just the job he was so polite and courteous. I really think he went above and beyond to help me with this problem as other Engineers have been and have said they didn't have the tools. I cannot thank him enough. I would 100 percent recommend this company.”
