“Our current bank wouldn't offer us a mortgage - L&C found several other lenders who were willing to do so. Without L&C we wouldn't have moved to our new home. Kirk in particular was so helpful and professional. And to top it off it was a completely free service.”

“I had tried a few independent mortgage advisors but when I dealt with Alison and Daniel they went beyond my expectations to get me a mortgage with a high street lender. I can't speak more highly of my advisors and the company.”

“I have had to use them twice as I had a problem with a house purchase, both times the team where fantastic I could ring them if there was anything I didn't understand always friendly and helpful”

“Clearly the main reason why I and others choose L&C is because they are free. But I have now used them twice because they are good, not just because they are free. I have always managed to speak to my caseworker, and haven't really got a bad word to say about them. I recommend, but especially to those that are computer literate so you can scan and send information to them by e-mail.”

“London and Country were great, they called me at times that suited me and had the whole process completed quickly and efficiently. They stayed in regular contact with me and kept me up to date on the progress of my application. Handy online tools and a quick and easy process. As a first time buyer they were extremely helpful and explained everything as we went through the process. Would highly recommend their service.”

“The service I received from London and Country on the whole was fantastic. My advisor throughout was Adam Lane and as a first time buyer he took extra time and care to ensure that I understood all of the mortgage options available to me and managed to secure the best deal. Extremely good communication overall - I would highly recommend London and Country.”
