“Very helpful in the initial process of finding a mortgage, but very frustrating trying to speak directly to my adviaor and administration after that. While saying that, I did recomend L&C to a friend as the advisor was excellent.”

“I couldn't fault the service from the advisers. The only issue was when the initial work by Louise was passed on to someone else it seemed to complicate the process and meant i was dealing with 3 parts of your business”

“I heard about London and Country From Martins Money website and was very pleased I did as Stephen Harrison was Excellent and very prompt and I got my re mortgage done so quickly and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family, my daughter has since contacted them for mortgage advise thank you once again for a very good service”

“I am always keen to find the best deals in order to keep my costs down, including my mortgage payments. London & Country have helped me to find the best deal for my needs, and supported me through the application process. They have knowledge of the requirements of different lenders and are able to make a judgement with regards to whether you will meet the criteria without going through a lengthy application, saving time and also avoiding being 'declined' a mortgage offer (which doesn't look good on your credit rating!). I have found them to be very helpful, efficient, down-to-earth and friendly in each interaction with them. I like that you have a dedicated team of people working on your case and have direct contact details for them, rather than going through those awful 'Press one for this, press two for that' call centres. I would definitely recommend London & Country to anyone looking for a mortgage deal, and plan to call them again in 5 years time when my current fixed rate expires.”

“My mortgage advisor Daniel Lawrence was excellent. Communication. Couldn't have been better. Always professional and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Angela carlin was very good. As she didn't deal with the hard work I didn't speak with her as much. But her communication was excellent. I've very grateful of the service I received.”

“This is my second time coming to L&C to arrange a buy to let Mortgage so that should say how good I feel they are. From the first call the arrangements went smoothly and I was kept informed every step of the way. The Mortgage offered was at an acceptable rate and the mortgage went ahead without problems. I recommend the L&C to anyone.”

“Excellent service and mortgage advice from Mr Nick Smith, as usual. I've used him for many years, and he's always the chap I go to. Overall impression marred this year unfortunately by a slightly pushy life/mortgage protection advisor, who's services seemed to be 'compulsory' after the initial mortgage advice. Repeated calls and emails after first contact when I wasn't quick enough to get back to him. Despite that, I can't recommend Nick Smith highly enough!”

“*****Outstanding Service***** I really cannot recommend L&C more. The whole service from beginning to end was profession and made the process easy. The gentleman that dealt with our mortgage transfer was extremely efficient, professional and very helpful. His helpful and knowledgeable approach made switching my mortgage painless and fast. I really appreciated having sound and impartial advice and this made everything simple. “I found London & Country via MoneySavingExpert.com. I spoke to a single broker throughout the process, which was great because it meant that I got advice which was individually tailored to my circumsrtances. I got to compare various products and when the time came to apply I was able to let London & Country handle the application on my behalf. Overall London & Country provide a 1st class service. I will be using them again once my fixed term period expires.”

“I was consistently amazed by the responsiveness of Louise, the advisor assigned to me. She patiently answered all the questions that this first time buyer had, and very effectively chased Natwest when they failed to do things on time. I'd thoroughly recommend L&C to anybody looking for a mortgage: they're providing a lot more than simply looking for the best deal!”

“The mortgage advice given by Dan Walker was great, he was easily contacted and gave clear details to allow us to make an informed decision. Only criticism is there's maybe a bit too much focus on the upsell post mortgage arrangement!”
