“We were lucky enough to come across L&C and to have a top class experience. From the beginning to the end we were impressed with the knowledge and expertise that we received. If we didn't understand anything it was easily explained in language we understood and if we needed to ask a question we were able to get in contact straightaway with our own personal advisor. We would definitely use L&C again in the future and we would recommend them to any family or friend as we would like them to get the same experience as what we had. “L&C did an efficient job on our remortgage, going from initial consultation to mortgage offer in about 2 weeks. They were very good at keeping me informed about the progress of the application and when documents were required. I was a bit nervous about putting documents like passports in the post, but they returned them (by special delivery) the same day that they were received. All in all a great service and I'd recommend them.”

“Absolutely fantastic service received from my 1st phone call right to the very end. Genuine advice tailored to suit my needs. No "pushy salesperson". Any queries/issues resolved in a timely manner. Telephone contact always arranged at suitable times around my daily schedule. Also being able to track my case throughout the process online. “Our adviser and case manager were both really good. I think there were times when we had to do a bit of chasing to make sure that things kept moving forward, and you have to factor in the time to send documents etc by post, but I think that's the same no matter where you get your mortgage from. But, overall we had a really good service and they found us the right deal. I would certainly recommend them.”

“L&C, while appearing helpful at first refused to assist me as a service member posted overseas with a BFPO address. They were unwilling to provide reasoning when questioned. Another disadvantage to serving the country!”
