“We have arranged several mortgages for rental properties which we own and one mortgage for our son, through London and Country. Recently we completed a mortgage application just before Christmas and received the mortgage advance soon after Christmas, due to the efficient service provided by London and Country. They are always my first option for a new mortgage and when advising friends and family.”

“Being a tier-2 visa holder and only 10% deposit, I had difficulty in finding mortgage. L&C made the mortgage application "a piece of cake" as advertised. Mortgage approved within 1 week after application. Very quick. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.”

“L&C are spot on in recommending the right mortgage . I was very happy with the initial service from the advisor. However the execution of the application process could have gone smoother if the communication with the case manager was better facilitated. Overall the mortgage deal was a very good one and it worked out well.”

“When you start to look for a lender to buy a new property it can be difficult, even more, if you are not a native English speaker. When I called you the first time your colleague help me through the process and then suddenly we had to change to another person in L&C but we were happy for that, thanks to Darryl De Souza we went to check all the possibilities, available on the market. He helped us to understand better our options and getting a YES from a lender. Now we are waiting to sign the papers and we'll be ready to move to our new home. I really appreciate you to have great people working for you. I'll definitely recommend you to all my friends.”
