“Your representative, Doug Miller, did a fantastic job of finding out what it was that I wanted to achieve, rather than what sort of mortgage I wanted, and then sourced a suitable product. It is a small but critical difference. I had asked for low interest rate BTL fixed for 2 years. But he knew from previous conversations that I was expecting a large lump sum in the near future so he provided two options. The first was what I had asked for and the second was a product with a slightly higher rate but no early payment penalties, which was much more suited to my unique situation.”
