“I think that L&C Mortgages offer a fantastic service - I got an amazing rate for my mortgage and my advisor and case manager couldn't have been more friendly, supportive or helpful. They were always quick to respond to any updates or queries and gave me really helpful and honest advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“Very fast service. L&C were very quick to process my Mortgage application with the lender. Once my application was with the lender and solicitor things slowed down however this was completely out of their control. Would highly recommend L&C for Mortgages!”

“Very good service and would highly recommend. From the mortgage advisor Paul Davies being clear and efficient and finding me the perfect product and communicating well to the case manager Kathryn Smith being very helpful with any questions, making the whole process very simple and stress free and replying very quickly. The communications via text and email to keep me updated in progress where great. The process from start to finish was excellent and could not fault, Thank you”

“L&C helped secure the highest mortgage that I could achieve. Exactly what I was looking for to be able to afford the house I wished to purchase. They try to oversell insurance policies alongside, but their core mortgage broker service is recommended.”

“L&C came recommended by Martin Lewis (moneysavingexpert) so I gave them a call, alongside another broker and an online search. The service was excellent, the process simple and they found me an excellent rate (far better than anything I could find online as I wanted Buy to Let). They also contacted me when they heard the rate was about to be withdrawn to make sure we got things processed in time. Have already recommended them to my sister-in-law and would advise anyone looking for a mortgage to check them out.”
