“Well I received an AIP on the day. Both the mortgage advisor and case handler were responsive and efficient. If I left a message requesting a call back, I would receive a call in hours. So my mortgage with Coventry was approved in 2 weeks. True professionals, great communication. Thank you so much.”

“We had quite an awkward situation: I had lived abroad for a number of years before returning to the UK in 2015, and I didn't think we would be eligible to get a mortgage so soon after coming back. London & Country were nonetheless hugely reassuring and found a lender who was willing to accept us; now, together with my husband we're buying our first home! The process was quick and hassle free and we felt advised and supported throughout. Everyone says that buying a house is the most stressful thing you'll ever have to,do, but thanks to L&C that hasn't been my experience.”
