“The Loft Storage Room Company impressed us from start to finish. They sent someone round to carry out an evaluation and this was extremely helpful because it gave us an idea about what was and wasn't possible with our space. We were then sent a quote very quickly by email and post. I thought their price was incredibly reasonable and sought other quotes to see if I was right - I definitely was! They then booked in the work and kept us updated about the arrival of the gents who came to carry out the work. They arrived promptly and expertly completed the raising of the floor, extra insulation, full boarding, a new hatch and concertina ladder. They did this with impressive speed and once they were finished, they walked and talked us through what they had done. We could check the work as well as be shown how to use our new ladder. All with a three-year guarantee too! I couldn't recommend them more!”

“What a find. This firm real do what they say. They came out carried out a survey of the loft,and confirmed everything in writing. Whilst not the cheapest not the most expensive, but as in all these things it’s the end result that counts. First class hardly does them justice. The team came removed the tank and other bits,fitted an excellent spring loaded ladder, topped up insulation to regulation level and fully boarded the loft, and fitted fused led strip lights. All completed by a team in 6 hours flat out. Throughout they were clean and tidy putting down dust sheets, and leaving the place as was. They took all waste away with them. I don’t write reviews as a rule but these guys were excellent. Strongly recommend them ( Oh and offer a 3 year guarantee on there work ) 👍😎”

“The first loft hatch door failed and I rang and asked if, since it was still under warranty, they would repair or replace it. The lady, I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name, was very charming and organized someone to come out. The young man who came out replaced it and it was far superior to the first. He reinforced the ladder footings and ensured the hatch opened easily. I am so pleased and I would highly recommend them.”

“Fantastic service, from survey to completion. Quick, efficient and professional. Competitvie price and high quality of materials. All quotes and bills were mailed in black and white. Information was clear and no hard selling or upselling throughout the process. The job was completed in a very efficient manner. We have had our whole loft with full floor boarding installed and insulated, a new ladder and hatch installed, electricity and lighting fitted, all completed in 1.5 days. (actually only half a day on the 1st day and a couple of hours on the 2nd day). Rubbish was all cleaned and cleared after work. They have a very young and energetic team yet very polite, professional and efficient. Can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them again should there be any future opportunity.”

“I recently engaged the Loft Storage Room Company to install a loft ladder which also required an enlargement of the hatch. It was a tricky job because of the awkward position of the hatch and some electrical wires and the work done was to a very high standard. They also took the trouble to answer my numerous questions about the work being undertaken. I would be very happy to recommend them to a friend and to engage them to do additional work.”

“Brilliant customer service from my initial enquiry, to survey, quotation, administration and to having the work actually done. The 2 operatives, Greg and Dan, were punctual, hardworking, tidy and nothing was too much trouble. The boarding of my loft and the installation of the loft ladder was done to a high standard.
