“I have used the Loft Storage Room Company twice and have been very happy with all aspects of their service. The Customer Service is efficient and customer focussed. The response is speedy, polite and reliable. The work is carried out to a high standard and surprisingly quickly and both times I have been very pleased with the final result. In my view the work was good value and I was given a clear quote of the cost in advance so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Based on my experience I would recommend the company to potential customers.”

“Great service from start to finish. We contacted the Loft Storage Room Company and someone came out to give us a quote within a few days. After deciding to go ahead with the work, we were offered an appointment within a week. The team who came out were polite, efficient and tidied everything up before they left, including a quick vacuum. We would certainly recommend them.”

“This was one of the most efficient services I have had recently. No fuss, no bother, a quick phone call, gave some details, received advice, a fitter arrived a few days later and the ladder was fitted. I was given some advice and that was it. So quick, so smooth. Thank you”

“Did the usual of getting three quotes and Loft Storage Room were definitely the most professional to deal with. They weren’t the cheapest but glad I went with them as the service was great. For example, they happily replaced a damaged loft hatch which wasn’t part of the original quote. Would happily recommend and would use them again.”

“We'd like to say we've been very impressed by the service from Loft Storage Rooms. The communication by email and phone with everyone in the office was very good, they were quick to reply to all our questions and we generally very helpful and positive. Everyone in the teams who actually came to do the work were great, and the work was done to a high standard and amazingly quick on both occasions (loft hatch job and the boarding job). So a big thank you to you all of you! We would definitely recommend to our friends.”

“Extremely happy with service from start to finish. I made an online enquiry about having a loft ladder fitted and received a written quote and catalogue in the post. I called the office to arrange a fitting date. Fitter arrived on time and I’m very happy with the work. He explained the best options for fitting the new hatch and ladder and showed me how to use it. I would be very happy to have them do work for me again”

“So far in my process of collecting information about making my loft into a well insulated and well lit clean space I have found the Loft Storage Room Co. excellent. To highlight: 1. Clear booklets which set out what is required to do the job from beginning to end sent out to me. 2. Knowledgeable surveyor who discussed everything I wanted to know as he measured up and told me what would work for my loft. 3. Quote itemising each job and what was requested eg lights, electrical sockets, Velux windows. 4. Customer service excellent. Ellie has been great :)”

“Mitch and Jamie were very polite, they worked very quickly and tidied up after themselves. Gave us a quick demo on the proper way to open and unhook the ladder as well as any teething issues. We were told they'd arrive between 8 and 9am and turned up at 8 on the dot, were gone by 11:45. Our work included raised flooring, loft boarding in central area (roughly 18m2) and replacing the original ladder and changing orientation.”

“The Loft Storage Room Company were Fantastic They have turned our terrible dirty unusable loft into something fantastic. From the first planning visit to the final finish they gave a first class service. The quote for all the work done was perfect for what we could afford and turned a terrible loft into something magic. The guys who did the work worked so hard and were so professional what has been done is amazing we are so happy. We looked into all what was required with lofts from our local council and had another quote from a similar company but this company were the only ones offering work done with a building control certificate at the end which is so important for any future sales and your house insurance purpose. We are so happy with our loft and We are sure it has added value to our house too. We want to thank all at LSRC”
