“I was very impressed with the service I received. The 2 fitters were very prompt to the time they were expected and did a very efficient job. The two men, Greg and Matt did a wonderful job and I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“We had the Loft Storage Room Company in to board our ~37 sq m loft. What was quoted was the price we paid. The team were polite, friendly and professional at all times. They cleaned up well afterwards and we were very happy with the quality of the finished work. Would not hesitate to recommend based on our experience.”

“Informative website giving all the information you need at point of enquiry. Some detailed queries on the phone professionally and accurately dealt with, helped me make a better decision. I went for a telescopic loft ladder. Placed my order over the phone, again a caring and customer friendly service. The installation engineer arrived as advised, explained everything and took a lot of care over the installation to the point of ensuring that the hall, stairs and landing were completely covered with dustsheets. Ran through on the operation of the ladder, ensuring everything was working and understood, job done in an hour. What more can you ask from a supplier - quality product supplied by an organisation that obviously works the detail and employs competent and customer friendly staff. I don't write many recommendations but I love 'Ronseal' companies - the ones that do what it says on their tin. Very happy customer!”

“The fitter arrived within the time scale set, he was very through in covering the floor, staircase and landing. He completed the job within an hour and fifteen minutes, showed me the installation and gave a very good demonstration. Overall I was very impressed with the work and quality of the ladder.”

“Out of principle I never tend to give 100% for any reviews but I can't see any reason why not for my dealings with the Loft Storage Room company. The whole team were very professional both at the base and at our house with an excellent standard of workmanship. The joy of being able to use the loft easily! Highly recommended”
