“John was superb. We'd been let down by another company and called LockRite because we saw a good review for John. He turned up when he said he would and was really helpful. He ordered the part and called us the next day to say it had arrived ( we'd already waited a week for the other company to get the part!). John came to fix the door when he said he would and kept us informed and updated. Would highly recommend him, great guy, helpful, friendly, polite and professional. Thank you”

“Service was fine, prompt to arrive and quick to do the job. However, the operative asked if I was a pensioner; and when I said yes, he said I would receive a 10% discount. When I looked at the bill it does not seem to have any discount applied. Can you please look into this?”
