“On first contact with Tony although on another job kept me up to date with his arrival time. The extreme difficulty of opening the door to get to the broken lock was astonishing. But his professionalism and calmness won the day. Also happy to talk through the process with me.”

“The locksmith that came to fix our broken lock replaced it no problem was very polite and punctual also when he adjusted the door it now fits alot better”
