“Paul was vey professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and explained exactly what doing and why. He was able to asses the problem and provide a repair as well as assisting me in sourcing the necessary spare parts, which he has agreed to return to fit as part of his quote. The costs were very competitive and fair and his final invoice was exactly as quoted. He wore a mask at all times and I felt was very respectful of social distancing rules so I felt safe throughout. I would highly recommend him.”

“The engineer, Cliff, was great. Very polite and tidy, kept us well informed of issues and progress. He had to fashion bespoke solution for locking mechanism which is working well. Would happily recommend”

“Neil came out within an hour of placing the call. He had a spare lock that he could use to fix my door but as it didn’t match my other door furniture, he said that he would order another one and come back when it was received. 4 days later, Neil called me to ask when he could pop around to replace the temporary lock. It’s great that you can rely on someone to do the job so well and without a need to chase them up. Thank you.”
