“Ray was great. He replied to my initial email within 24 hours. I then sent over some pictures of the lock mechanism of our patio door that was completely broken. He then advised that it couldn’t be replaced as it was obsolete but offered another solution and that was fitted yesterday. Couldn’t recommend Ray highly enough and his communication from Initial contact was excellent.”

“Phoned and spoke to an actual locksmith, not a call centre, who was able to assess my lock problem over the phone, estimate costs and the time he could get to my property. He gave a reasonable quote, arrived on time was able to fix the issue with my door - I was really impressed. Would definitely use again or recommend to a friend.”

“Kevin rang me back immediately and called to check lock problem. He ordered the part and came back to fit the next day and with the number of keys requested. Quick and efficient service and a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Lockrite and Kevin.”

“Locksmith arrived on time, was polite and easy to talk to. After quickly diagnosing the problem with my lock, he outlined the options for putting things right and I decided to have the lock replaced as well as the door handles. The work was done swiftly and without any mess. The lock and handles have worked fine since.”

“Morne was very prompt and came over on-time, replaced 3 locks super quick and gave us a fair bit of advice on doors and locks from a security perspective. He was very professional and quite friendly and we would be happy to recommend his services to anyone looking for a locksmith service.”
