“I had an issue with my front door and the lock simply not working, Jon came out to see me within 20 mins, sorted the problem and fitted a new lock, friendly, efficient and did what was needed!!”

“Have got Kevin around to help a couple of times now. Most recently where my builders locked me out of the house by posting the wrong key through the letterbox and leaving the front door key in the lock. Kevin attempted to fish the key through the letterbox but he had to drill out the back door cylinder in the end. He persisted throughout and managed to get me back into my house. Just want to say thank you very much again, would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone who's stuck in a similar situation.”

“The individual who came out to help our disressed neighbour get into her home after her key broke off in the look was wonderful. He made asked for pictures of the lock to ensure that he had the right tools with him to save adding time by having to return to the office in the event of not having the right equiptment with him. The whole process was very efficient. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and polite.”

“Telephoned to apologise as he was running late but said how long he would be. Very efficient service and replaced a new lock in conservatory door plus realignment to kitchen and front door. No mess at all and informative as to each doors problem. Highly recommend and at a very satisfactory price.”
