“Called Lockrite at 9.00am - broken mortice lock. Ross arrived late morning and replaced. No call out charge. He was very professional and explained what he was doing, how/why the lock had broken and how the mechanism worked. He also adjusted our new front door lock which was sticking slightly - no extra cost. Pleasant, polite and thorough.”

“Came promptly on a Sunday and did a very professional job to get us back into our house as the lock on our kitchen door had failed. Explained what he was doing at all stages and left all areas clean and tidy with no damage to the door.”
