“Fantastic job by Darren. What looked like a relatively simple job, became more complex, but this didn’t stop him finding a way to complete it. I’m so impressed with the commitment and professionalism shown by Darren. Really happy with the quality of his work too.”

“Tony from Lockrite came out promptly on Monday to assess our jammed front door lock. It appears we have a complex problem which needs parts not routinely stocked, however Tony has been super professional, helpful and explained clearly where the issues are. He spent around 1.5 hours on the job and unfortunately has identified an additional issue which he is in the process of resolving, again very helpful, polite and keeping me informed of what options there are going forward. Would certainly recommend Tony and Lockrite to neighbours and friends.”

“Tony was very quick to respond on the same day to my request for my door to be fixed, and he was very efficient in diagnosing what was needed. He returned the next day, as promised, to complete the repair and charged a very reasonable price. Tony was completely professional in his manner on both occasions. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a trustworthy, experienced and reliable tradesperson.”
