“Alan came to fix the jammed key. I was happy that he had to replace the lock with an anti-snap one and asked if the rear door could have one, too. He worked very diligently and was polite and courteous, explaining about how the locks work. He adjusted both doors so that they now move and lock easily. I was most impressed with the overall process and end result. The cost was very reasonable, having spoken to others who have had similar work done from other companies.”
