“Today (Bank Holiday Monday) we had a problem with our 5 lever front door lock. We contacted LockRite who immediately had James Lowery contact us who arranged to meet us within the hour to assess the task. He identified that our existing lock was not up to the current standards which we sought. He fitted a new lock and the 2 new brass handles we asked him to install. James did a superb job and was extremely pleasant. We would certainly recommend him and his work.”

“We needed 6 replacement heavy duty window catches with handles and “click closed” security for three big old wooden windows. We searched on line and in shops but could not find anything suitable. Steve located a suitable type of catch and installed them precisely so they function exactly as we required. He kept in touch by text and kept the appointment. A good job well done and worth paying for. TonyY”

“I phoned in the early evening for an emergency service for a vacant property which had been broken into. The locksmith was able to go to the property, secure the property and change the locks and then willing to drop the replacement keys to a safe place, whilst keeping in contact with me by mobile. All very professional and helpful, given that I was not in the area. I would definitely use this service again.”
