“Phoned Wed p.m, immediate response from John, job booked for Friday morning. Prompt arrival, efficient appraisal of what was needed. John set to work after happily removing shoes to protect my carpets indoors. John , who clearly knew what he was doing, wasted no time getting down to tackling the job, which was soon expertly completed, all sorted. I have already asked him to return soon to change the locks another property next door. Great service, & I appreciated the 'old school ' courtesy & gentlemanly manners-thank you.”

“I have put off having a lock repaired as I was unsure who to use but Ian discussed price before, arrived in less than an hour, completed the job quickly and efficiently and the price was really reasonable. I would definitely recommend and use this company again if needed.”
