“Contacted Locksmith in morning, regarding hard to open double glazed front door, arrived as advised in afternoon. Work all completed that day! Door lock mechanism has never worked as well. Even from new!”

“Installation of Yale alarm system. Prompt arrival, efficient use of time, even removed boots which wasn't necessary, and full explanation given as each part installed. Not a great amount of mess made, but clean up done. Adrian offered assistance at anytime if any problems or queries. Will fully recommend to others.”

“Tony is a model professional. He was super friendly, he followed all the coronavirus etiquette, and he clearly knows an awful lot about locksmithing. He also levelled our doors for us, and he answered all of my silly questions about locks, doors, and repairs. We definitely got our money's worth and would highly recommend Tony.”

“Neil was fantastic. He replied to my message within 10mins and said he would fit me into his schedule and get back to me. He rung me twice to update me on his whereabouts and ETA which was great. When he arrived I asked Neil if he minded looking at a second lock since he was here and it was no problem at all. Unfortunately neither were fixable and he had to go and get replacement parts. A few hours passed and Neil hadn’t returned. He had gone to two suppliers who were out of stock and had to phone a friend to assist in a third shop which was well out of his way. Neil must have driven almost 100miles to get these parts for us and really went the extra mile for the customer. He came back, fixed both doors in quick succession with no fuss or bother. Neil was professional, polite and friendly and did a fantastic job. He even put wd40 on all our downstairs doors without us asking as they needed doing. He was a credit to the company and we are extremely satisfied with the quick turnaround he delivered. Superb service, would highly recommend. Thank you very much”

“Excellent customer service from Ian at LockRite: arrived on-time; polite and friendly approach; kept me informed throughout the process; identified and showed me problem with existing lock; provided options to rectify situation; fitted replacement British Standard (BS) lock and also cut additional keys; all work completed in a clean, tidy and timely manner.
