“Matt replaced all the locks in our new flat and did a great job. He kept in touch on whatsapp with his arrival time, managed to fit us in earlier on the day and worked really quickly. He managed to supply us with an extra lock which was not part of the original quote too, and left the work area clean and tidy. Prices were reasonable compared to other quotes we received, and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks Matt!”

“Technician very good But £275 for changing a lock mechanism That’s just crazy Can get a new door for that Not amused at the price Will not recommend at all Taking the Mickey out of an emergency situation”

Hi Stephen, we are sorry to hear that the cost of the service was more than you anticipated. You should have been advised of the hourly rates when you first called in. Then the Locksmith should have provided you with an estimate, or quotation, and waited for your approval before starting any work. You should also have been made fully aware that there was VAT to be added when the final bill was calculated. This is all designed to ensure our valued Customers don't have any nasty surprises when the final bill is presented. “Telephoned Lockrite (Ross) regarding a broken door lock. Ross quoted for the possible solutions and attended later that day. Replaced the cylinder and charged me exactly the amount he originally quoted (fair price). Ross was extremely pleasant throughout the job and was careful to ensure the site was cleaned before leaving. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service provided.”

“P Bradley provided great service, getting to us when we were locked out late at night, and after other locksmiths said they were unable to help. He also promptly responded to a second call out when our lock failed. Very friendly service, would highly recommend.”

“Paul arrived at the property at the time arranged and followed COVID Guidance at all times. He attempted to repair the lock which was stuck in the locked position. After numerous attempts he then came up with the solution of having to replace the lock. This was done to a high standard and throughout his visit he explained all that he was doing. Post fitting a new mortice lock he cleaned up after himself to the point you would have never known he had been. I would thoroughly recommend Paul and will be calling on him should I require him in the future.”
