“Rang in the morning and was called back straight away by locksmith. Neil confirmed a time and was here on time, was very clear with what I needed and fixed my lock. He was very polite abs friendly! Thank you”

“Derek was fantastic, arrived between the time slot first quoted. And went out his way to try and get to us sooner by calling me back. Very polite and professional, even took his time to talk me through the process of drilling a lock out and replacing the lock so i understood it better. Would 100% recommend.”

“Changing three locks to comply with an insurance requirement that they had to be BS3621 compliant, I thought would be a major problem. However I need not have worried. After I had spoken to LockRite, their local locksmith David Inglis, arrived within 30 minutes, checked out my requirement that they be a suited set and ordered them. Three days later they were all fitted. Simply put, David as a locksmith is perfection personified. His care and attention to detail being exemplary.”

“Alan was a lifesaver. I'd locked myself out late on the bank holiday and he drove some distance to gain access for me. Lockrite really was available 24/7 for emergencies when I couldn't find anyone else. Really appreciated. Thank you!”
