“Brilliant service. Ross P. arrived in quick time. The repair of the patio door lock was tricky (its an old lock) but Ross took it apart, made a few adjustments and it now works perfectly. The lock is quite old and virtually impossible to find a replacement, therefore the repair was very much appreciated. Ross also replaced the latch on an interior door while he was here. Great job. Thank you.”

“Nick was friendly and prompt. He went above and beyond in changing locks and adjusting some seized and misaligned latches. I would definitely use LocKRite again if needed.”

“Excellent service. Called Adrian at North Shields for help and he came out within 15 minutes to sort out the problem with my door. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient and fixed the broken lock on my UPV door within a few minutes.”

“One of our external doors had been getting more and more difficult to lock and unlock. We phoned Lockrite and Gareth, the owner, turned up the next day and speedily fixed the door for us. He was pleasant and ultra efficient. Also, the price for the work was very reasonable. We definitely recommend.”

“Excellent service, arrived promptly, 45 mins after I rang. Gave me two options of lock barrels as my mam has dementia he thought the lock that does not need a key inside to lock door may be better for her, which I agreed, easier for her to turn the knob to lock the door. Fitted lock, no mess made. Would highly recommend. Thank you”
