“Tony from Lockrite came out promptly on Monday to assess our jammed front door lock. It appears we have a complex problem which needs parts not routinely stocked, however Tony has been super professional, helpful and explained clearly where the issues are. He spent around 1.5 hours on the job and unfortunately has identified an additional issue which he is in the process of resolving, again very helpful, polite and keeping me informed of what options there are going forward. Would certainly recommend Tony and Lockrite to neighbours and friends.”

“Tony was very quick to respond on the same day to my request for my door to be fixed, and he was very efficient in diagnosing what was needed. He returned the next day, as promised, to complete the repair and charged a very reasonable price. Tony was completely professional in his manner on both occasions. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a trustworthy, experienced and reliable tradesperson.”

“I have used LockRite twice now, for both front an back door problems. On both occasions Alan the locksmith fixed them. He has a great deal of knowledge and was very tidy and courteous. What more can I say, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”

“I could not be any happier with the quality of the job. Matt was an absolute professional- he was on time and tried numerous ways to open the lock and explained everything. I had called another locksmith on a previous occassion and he was extortionate saying the lock needed to be drilled without even looking at it. Matt’s was kind, his work top notch, the price extremely reasonable. I cannot recommend him highly enough!”

“I was delighted with the service. I called LockRite around midnight one night after a thief had opened our door and took the key out of the locks. The locksmith came round within the hour and changed the locks very quickly. Would definitely recommend”
